Thank you for visiting our webpage!  Elevated Studios is based out of Truckee, California and is owned and operated by Randy and Lindsey Mertl.  This husband and wife team are Truckee-Tahoe Locals, and have lived in the area for over 30 years.

OUR TEAM:

Randy is our drone specialist and is FAA Part 107 Certified and has his certification with the FCC as well.  He is especially passionate about video editing and aerial photography.  When he is not working, Randy can be found building and tuning his drone fleet and making FPV (First Person Viewer) News segments for YouTube.  He is also a talented graphic designer who assists with his parents' gift shop at Donner Lake.

Lindsey is our customer relations specialist.  She is passionate about photography and music.  Lindsey plays three instruments and attended CSU, Chico for Music Education for seven years.  She is diligent, and works tirelessly to provide a quality product and meet our customer's individual needs.  ​

At Elevated Studios we strive to provide a quality product and great customer service.  We have a passion for excellence and an eye for detail that can be seen in our photos and videos.  We pride ourselves on creating the best images that we can, while still reflecting the true nature of the subject.  Elevated Studios offers a wide variety of quality photo and video services perfect for people who need to showcase their homes for sale, vacation rentals, or ski leases.  We can also customize dynamic marketing tools to maximize your ability to reach customers through Social Media as well as update headshots for business cards by utilizing our green screen, and other backdrops.  We pride ourselves on our ability to meet our customer's needs, and we want to make their experience as seamless and convenient as possible.  For that reason, we offer a wide variety of services and packages allowing each customer to customize their experience to fit their individual needs.

OUR EQUIPMENT:

Here at Elevated Studios we utilize quality professional equipment including a Cannon Digital SLR camera, a steady cam that records in 1080p, A DJI Mavic PRO Drone which shoots in 4K, and the "Squirt" - our specialized cinematography drone which offers a one-of-a-kind perspective, and is safe to fly indoors.  The Squirt is smaller than a laptop, and features silicone-like guards around the rotors to protect against any damage to walls or other materials in the home.  It is capable of recording in 4K with Hypersmooth technologies as seen on the GoPro 7 that is used for filming.  This drone is custom built and professionally piloted.  It is an unique addition to our company.  Our professional pilot has certifications with the FAA Part 107 and the FCC.  He has been piloting since 2014.
